Server backup service is a managed service provided by iWV. The backup service is managed daily basis. iWV will proactively monitor to ensure that daily backup service is running smoothly and take appropriate action to troubleshoot and rectify any backup alert or failure. As part of the managed service, iWV will render assistance and provide restoration of data when requested.
You can check your server
backup status through BizCloud portal.
BizCloud Portal:
1. Login to your BizCloud account (https://bizcloud.iwv.works/)
2. On the main dashboard, click Services tab.
3. Locate the desired server that you want to access. Click on the Manage button for the Server Backup service.
4. Switch to Manage tab.
You will see the status of previous backup and its start and end time. You can also login into server backup manager portal to check on its status.
5. Click on the login button and it will launch the server backup manager portal on a new browser tab.
