Server monitoring service is a managed service provided by iWV. Your server network connectivity, services and its resource utilization are being monitored centrally by iWV network operation center. iWV will react to any warning or alert on your server accordingly and notify our customer as needed.
You can check the status of your server monitoring by logging into your BizCloud account.
Via BizCloud Portal:
1. Login to your BizCloud account (https://bizcloud.iwv.works/)
2. On the main dashboard, click Services tab.

Locate the desired server that you want to access. Click on the Manage button for the Server Monitoring service.

Switch to Manage tab.
5. Under Manage tab, state of the Monitoring
service is shown in real time.
