SSH login into Linux operating system:
You can use a suitable SSH client software such as Putty to SSH login into your server using SSH key.
You can add your SSH public key to the login account via
a) BizCloud portal MANAGE SSH KEYS and cloud server Manage tab.
b) manually setup the account for SSH key login by accessing the server via KVM Console
You can also use password to login if you have changed the OpenSSH server configuration to allow for password authentication.
RDP login into Windows operating system:
You can use remote desktop client to initiate and establish connection to login into your server.
KVM Console access to a server
1. Login to your BizCloud account (https://bizcloud.iwv.works/)
2. On the main dashboard, click “Services” tab.
3. Under “All Services In Your Account”, click Manage button on the particular server/services ID.
4. Under “Service ID Plan”, click on Manage tab.
5. Under “Console”, click Login to Console button
to launch the console interface.
