Creating an anonymous file drop folder

You can create a folder and make it available for anonymous upload. This is a convenient way to third party to send file to you. The uploader can only upload files and will not be able to download any files uploaded by himself/herself or any other person.

First, you would want to create a new empty folder. Click on the sharing icon to open up the sharing details window.

Create a new Share link and set it to “File drop (upload only)”. Label it accordingly.

Copy the link and share it accordingly. The URL link will provide an upload page on browser whereby upload can be done.

Note: Big file upload may need adjustment on server setting to support it. Please contact support if needed.
