This Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) feature is based on Time-based One-Time Password (TOTP) algorithm. Suitable authenticator app includes Google
Authenticator, Authy, Microsoft Authenticator, Duo Mobile and many others.
Enabling two-factor authentication
- Login to your BizCloud Account
- On
the Navigation Menu Bar, click on Profile >> Profile >> Two
Factor authentication >> "Enable two-factor authentication".
- Scan the QR code with your authenticator application and enter the 6-digit code you see in the authenticator app.
- Two-factor authentication (2FA) is now enabled and a verification code will be required each time you sign in.
Disabling two-factor authentication
- Login
to your BizCloud Account with password and 2FA.
- On the Navigation Menu Bar, Click on Profile >> Profile >> Two Factor authentication.
- Click on “Disable two-factor authentication”
