You can perform file and folder level
restoration of your data from backup onto your your server through server backup manager portal.
To access server backup manager portal and perform the restoration, please follow the following steps:
1. Login to your BizCloud account (https://bizcloud.iwv.works/)
2. On the main dashboard, click Services tab.
3.
Locate the desired server that you want to access or manage. Click on the Manage button for Server Backup.
4. Switch to Manage tab.
5. Click on the login button and it will launch the server backup manager portal on a new browser tab.
6. Click on Protected Machines and your server will be listed.
7. Under Actions column, click the gear button and choose
Open Recovery Points.
8. A list of available recovery point will be shown. Choose the desired Recovery Point, click the
gear button and select Browse.
9. Under Browse Recovery Point, go to the drive
or partition where the folder/files you want to restore and select it.
10. Click Restore Selected button.
11. Under Restore files, you can restore the
selected files/folder on to original location or alternative location. Press
Restore button to begin restoration.
